One of the offerings that sets 3 Stones apart from other builders is our 'open-book project delivery' service. By offering a true open-book project delivery, our clients have full visibility on budget development and actual cost tracking throughout their project. We conduct bi-weekly progress meetings, deliver weekly progress reports, and bi-weekly cost reports.  Our focus on effective client communication supports timely decisions to maintain momentum and keep the budget and schedule on track.
